The Permit Shop

The Permit Shop, based in Springfield, Missouri, has spent more than 40 years helping truck drivers and independent owner-operators stay legal and on the road. They take care of the paperwork side of trucking: DOT numbers and authority, licenses, permits and bonds, safety and compliance, LLC setup, and accounting and tax. I designed their identity, a heavy, wide wordmark paired with two angled blue and red shapes that suggest a truck in motion. It's shown on a round badge version, window and wall signage, mugs, T-shirts, and the website.
